A newly built luxurious bungalow on a 7000 sq.m. property by a dirt road. The house is well insulated which guarantees an ideal cool climate during the hot summer days.

The house is located on a hill on the end of a 100 m long driveway. The house has a veranda which spans the front of the house. From the veranda you’ll have a beautiful view of the valley and the pool. Résidence à la Braye is located between the cities of Sarlat, Gourdon and Souillac. The historical city Domme, which is built by the river Dordogne is 6 km away. If you appreciate your privacy but still want to reside in the tourist centre of the Dordogne, this is your perfect holiday home.

The house is fully equipped and suitable for 6 persons to have a carefree time in this beautiful environment. There are 4 bedrooms. 2 of which have queen-sized beds and 2 of which have bunk beds. Bed sheets and covers are included.

There are two fully equipped bathrooms, one of them has a bath. The living room has a practical set up and for the colder moments of the year a cosy woodstove has been installed. The house is on one floor and there are no doorsteps impeding access. The big 12 x 6 m swimming pool is a real tropical surprise. An alarm has been installed but small children should be supervised at all times. Use of the swimming pool is always at your own risk. Next to the swimming pool are relaxing chairs as well as an outside barbeque.

In the area are several interesting old cities to visit as well as the river Dordogne. Sightseeing of castles and caves as well as canoeing are possible.
